This system was custom designed for this application by Southern Refrigeration.

The refrigeration is on a split, low temp, medium temp rack. The 56 x 44 x 16 freezer and an additional walk in freezer are defrosted by hot gas for quick recovery also known as waste heat recovery.

The additional coolers are air defrost which is controlled by a CPC Controller with Einstein 2 RX-300.
